Question / Help OBS Advanced Output settings are blank

I have OBS 21.0.1 64 bit windows
Windows 10 PC

When I go to settings > output > Output mode > Advanced > Streaming

I do not see an properties; it only states "No Properties available"

I have encoder x264 set as this gives me no other options either.

Please advise. Thank you.

PS I am trying to get my streams to output 60 fps and all my settings seemed to be right. So this is when I noticed this issue I stated above. Either way I would like to get this working again. The advanced properties seemed to have disappeared after I last updated.

*EDIT: FIXED* I was playing about in the settings waiting on a reply and out of desperation i switched to the x264 codec in advanced and back to AMD and the settings are now showing properly.
