Hi, i've just downloaded OBS, and intend to use it to record videogames for personal use, but there is an issue.
There is 3 stages.
Stage 1: OBS is not open -> 70 FPS
Stage 2: OBS is open -> 40 FPS
Stage 3: OBS is on and recording -> 14-25 FPS

This only seems to happen with OBS, i tried with the Xbox DVR, Bandicam and Fraps, which didn't have any issues, but the videos are so fucking large jesus, which is why i went to OBS.

I'll provide with some screenshots where you can try to spot my wrong doing.

Ingame without OBS open (HIGHEST GRAPHICS 1080p):

Internet Speed:

Lowest graphics 1080p: 400 FPS
Highest graphics 1080p: 70 FPS

Now i dont think this is a computer error, since i only got WoW, Overwatch, Battlenet and Discord installed. And its like a 6 weeks old laptop.

All my drivers are up-to-date.

Set OBS to run on the nvidia gpu in your nvidia control panel, stop using display capture and do not enable multi-adapter compatibility in your game capture source.
