Question / Help Obs 720 30fps YouTube Live settings

Hi all,

I'm looking for the optimal high motion settings using the below and Obs studio.

PC spec
Deadicated streaming PC.
5820k OC to 4.5ghz
16gb ram 3000mhz xmp
Ssd

I want to keep the bandwidth at 2000 upload to keep it at the optimal twitch / YouTube Gaming to allow the higher range of users to view it with no buffing or limited. I also only want to use h.264 encoding and not nvenc.

Change your x264 preset to slow and you're more or less done. A 2PC setup with a 5820K handling the encoding should be able to manage that.
