Bug Report OBS 64bit crash Win10 Creators Update (Solved)

I got the new Win 10 update yesterday and now OBS isn't working anymore (at least the 64bit version). 32bit version is now working again after update 19.0.2.
As I don't see any performance difference I'm fine with using that but I just wanted to let you guys know, that this crash occurs.
I'm not an expert but it looks like there's something wrong with "d3d9.dll". I've "reinstalled"/overwritten DirectX and reinstalled the newest AMD drivers (as I'm using hardware encoding).

Pastebin-link, since the txt-upload won't work: https://pastebin.com/hCTUsQNe

This particular crash is due to Rivatuner hooking in to the program, in conjunction with the new version of our AMD encoder plugin. Upgrade Rivatuner to their beta version, where this is supposedly fixed. (If I'm wrong about you using Rivatuner let me know -- this is just the same crash I see from Rivatuner.)
