Bug Report OBS 64 update crashes

The new update made my OBS64 no longer work. Luckly I am able to use the 32 version because it is not updated yet. I've never had an update crash my OBS before to where I can't even launch it.

UPDATE: Updated webhooks manually and fixed the crash.

same, can't open OBS, process start and end in 3 second, no windows on display
