OBS 64 opens in task manager, then disappears

Hello!
For some reason, my OBS studio will not open anymore. When I run it, it pops up for a few seconds on task manager, then disappears. So far I have tried:

1. Running OBS as admin
2. Restarting the computer
3. Reinstalling OBS while keeping settings (and restarting the computer)
4. Reinstalling OBS completely (and restarting the computer)
5. Unplugging and uninstalling an Elgato Capture Card/software
6. Installing OBS 32bit (it works!! but I have an Elgato Stream Deck, so I would really prefer to use OBS 64bit)

Please help, I feel like I've tried everything!

OH, I forgot, I have also tried

7. Updating my graphics card drivers (using NVIDIA GeForce)
