Question / Help OBS 64 bit crashes when i open it, 32 bit works fine, and it gives error when i try to record

so when i try and launch OBS 64 bit it crashes immediately. ive tried to attach the logs




second issue i get is when trying to record (so far ive only tried in 32 bit as 64 bit crashes) i get an error, logs are below..

i tried creating a new profile and scene selection and recording with a black screen but no change...same error.
