Question / Help OBS 60fps slight stutter but log ok?

Hey guys, im trying to record 1080p 60fps in mkv but iv noticed theres a stutter, mainly when turning in first person games etc but i cant track down the cause :( am i doing something wrong?

i have my fps capped with rivatuner as i have a gsync monitor.
