Good morning,
Does anyone know if the MAC OS version of OBS actually gets tested? I upgraded to 32.0.1 this morning and OBS is no longer even slightly stable. The following has made it crash:
- switching profiles (sometimes works, sometimes instant crash)
- switching scene collection (sometimes works, usually crashes)
- switching scenes (it's rare that I can even get the app to this point but this makes it crash if I do)
I also ran in safe mode which essentially caused any and/or all of the same problems to occur
Can anyone suggest a fix? Is anyone else experiencing the same?
A further problem I ran into was upgrading plugins. Any plugin that allowed me to download a .PKG file was a smooth upgrade and would not show up in the plugin manager error message upon loading OBS. Any plugin that came downloaded as a ZIP, and would trigger the privacy security warning that I would then have to manually allowed to load, would not load. However when I went and manually deleted that plugin's installation in the plug-ins folder, then reinstalled, it appear to load correctly at that point.
But as I sit here now it would be impossible to use or trust OBS in this state. Any suggestions from anyone? This is extremely disappointing
