OBS 31.0.3 always crashes during starting the app

Hi!
I'm on an Intel iMac from late 2015 running macOS 12.7.6. I took a little break from streaming, however I just installed the newest version, but it doesn't seem to work any more.

I tried an older version 30.2.3 before changes were made to the CEF and it booted up, but after I closed it it has the same error again and it won't open any more

Update: I just installed 30.2.3 over itself and now it works, even after I close it

I am having the same problem with a MacBook from 2017 running macOS 13.7.2 and when I try to open OBS it opens for a quick second then closes and gives me a error message saying it closed unexpectedly.
