OBS 30 - Audio Crackling not fixed

I was kinda hyped reading the patch notes that „windows application audio crackling is (hopefully) fixed.

As Feedback I can give you a negativ on that. Still crackles. This isn’t an issue everybody has but at the same time it’s super annoying if you have it.

Specs:

Ryzen 5800x
Gigabyte 3070 ti OC
32 GB ram

I’m starting to believe it’s an AMD issue. I hope this gets resolved in the future. The 3rd party plug-in „win capture audio“ from GitHub has the same issue.

The issue origin still unknown. Any claims that some code fixes the "crackling" is speculation.

Spoiler: My own findings

From my own experience - to faster get the crackling set your PC to 44100 Hz and set OBS (or output of MS capturing application) to 48000 Hz (and cross your fingers to not wait for hours when crackling finally starts).
