OBS 29 frozen: app Not Responding when Virtual Camera is On and exit application

I had a meeting and I used OBS for this, since presentations had to go on.
Once the meeting is finished, I clicked on the upper right X to close OBS

Form that moment on is frozen.
App is Not Responding

then I got this:

i have NOT CLUE if this is reported into the Crash Report.

I also need the solution, not responding the app
my problem is only switch from view cam1 to cam2
