OBS 29.1 NDI is not reading my PTZ camera

Hello everyone,

I write because I need help. I have been using OBS with my PTZ camera "AV-E20-NDI" which has NDI included. But a week ago I had an error and I had to delete all the files from the computer, clean it and reinstall. I have already reinstalled OBS 29.1 and the NDI plugin integration. When I go to NDI in the sources area my camera is showing. Basically it is gray out. I have already uninstalled all the files and installed them again but the error persists. I attached a photos so you can see what I mean.

Yes, I follow the instructions steps. Download the NDI integration 4.11.0 first and then the NDI 5 Runtime. Which is the NDI Source is showing up in OBS, but when I go to select the PTZ NDI camera, the camera is not there. Is not showing, not available. I deleted the app because I had an issue with the sound. I used the "Focusrite Audio" to transferred the sound from the mixer to the computer, and it was working perfectly fine, but last week the audio stop working. I'm in a FB group that utilized OBS too and a few people are having the same problems. I'm not sure if this is a bug or I'm doing something wrong because now I don't have the audio and the camera.
