OBS 29.1.3 Opening Screen Stays white

HI just updated to the latest version and now when OBS opens the main screen is is all white and nothing shows up for around 30 seconds then my web cams etc suddenly appear. Not a huge problem but did put me in panic mode before starting my Mixcloud show. Is this supposed to happen.
