OBS 29.1.2 Cannot Find Window

I have written a program which displays the output of a webcam. It opens two windows — one is a "preview" window with a video waveform monitor and other things. The other window is the full-screen "program" window. By pressing F11 I can toggle between the two windows on screen.

Before upgrading to v 29.1.2, OBS was able to recognize, display and record the full-screen window whether that window was the "active" window or not. The full-screen window was titled "camera"; it was open but not displayed on screen and OBS was able to deal with it just fine.

After upgrading to v 29.1.2, OBS is no longer finding the "camera" window as a video source, making my program kind of useless. OBS does recognize and display the "preview" window but that's not what I want. OS is Windows 10.

I have also written an ffmpeg script which is able to record the full-screen window. It is an ffmpeg script and lacks the nice user interface of OBS.

What's going on with this?

Thank you.
