OBS 29.0.2 High CPU Usage at start up

Hi,
I am looking for help to resolve the high CPU usage.

When I start up OBS. The OBS CPU usage stay from %88 to %95 shown from the Task Manager.
This only happened when it got updated to 29.0.2 (64 bits Windows . I have been used OBS about a year without having this problem.

Here is one of your issues, probably the main one:

21:41:24.774: Norton 360: enabled (AV)
21:41:24.775: Norton 360: enabled (FW)

The other cause may be the background removal plugin.
