So even after a complete uninstall and reinstall OBS 29.0.2 freezes while it's streaming and this happens every single time I'm using it. It will just stop streaming and end the stream and then the video inside of OBS will be frozen. I'm not using any plugins or anything like that just standard video from two USB cameras. I used to have stream effects installed but I have since uninstalled and I don't see any leftovers from that.
