OBS 28 does not pick up microphone when out of focus

So for some reason, whenever OBS is the focused Window, then it picks up the microphone. However, once I enter a game, OBS stops picking up the microphone and will not record it. I've used every trick in the book. Deleted the sources and added them back, restarted OBS, restarted the computer and uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. What could be causing this issue?

Found out what the issue was. It was Nvidia's Noise Suppression. Turned it off and it cleared right up. I wasn't using it inside of OBS. I was using it through the Elgato Wavelink software as a VST. So I just went with RNN.
