OBS 28 and NDI 10 installation

I have OBS 28 installed and working. Followed the link and retrieved the NDI version 10 files (Windows zip file and installer). Put the dlls in the plugin folder, ran the Windows installer. When I open OBS, I get the "NDI Runtime not found" error message. Where should the files be after the install?
