OBS 28.2.1 VLC Media source not playing

I have a WYZE CAM V3 with RTSP support. my url is rtsp://admin:password@10.2.8.55/live
This was working as a Media Source but it stopped. So I am trying VLC I hit the + Plus sign and add Path/URL
entered my URL above and I get a blank screen

Looked at the OBS log

I was looking at the OBS log file

Searched for that error no luck

Any ideas or suggestions?
