At that point, OBS tries to initialize plugins. Make sure you don't have invalid plugins. For troubleshooting, it might help if you uninstall/remove any plugin and see what happens.

Tried to remove the plugin that failed to load, but the problem is not solved.

There is CoreAudio loading failure in the log file, but I found this in the forum is not necessary.

I only thought of external plugins you installed manually, not plugins that come with OBS. You should completely uninstall OBS, then remove any remains in the c:\program files\obs studio directory, then reinstall. If the issue stays, reinstall your video driver.
