OBS 27.1.3 crashing frequently

OBS 27.1.3 crashes frequently.
Windows 10
This happens at least once a day. When it occurs, it seems to affect my bluetooth speaker, even though the speaker is not in use by OBS.

I have same issue, I saw this: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-crashes-on-startup-windows-10.149181/#post-545524 but it does not work for me as I don't have Intel, but you do, so it might work.

OBS crashed in a function that captures audio from a Windows audio device, so it is connected with audio. Look through all your audio sources and make sure you're using the latest drivers, if you installed custom drivers for your audio devices. Remove any audio sources from OBS you don't use. For example, if you don't intend to capture your desktop audio (Speakers), set the corresponding entry to disabled in Settings->Audio.
