OBS 26.1.1 Camera Freeze with Blackmagic Intensity 4k

I upgraded OBS from the last stable version of OBS 25 to 26.1.1 a few weeks ago and have had random “freezes” on one of the two Intensity cards in my PC. Everything was flawless with 25 but now this problem. Restarting OBS fixes it but it shouldn’t be happening.

Has anyone else encountered this or know a solution?

Computer is a HP Z440and seems rock solid...

In addition, we have issues where the camera audio will drop and I have to enable "Desktop Audio" to get things working again. Then, other times audio works as it should.
