OBS 26.1.0, UltraStudio Mini Recorder, MBP, Zoom Q2n was working, now doesn't

I upgraded the Mac from Mojave to Catalina. Installed latest OBS. Re-installed Zoom's Q2n audio driver. OBS Sees the UltraStudio, lets me set it up but won't show the video from the Q2n. I used this setup all summer to stream to Facebook. This is the first time in a couple of months that I've attempted to use it again. The only differences are the MacOS and the new version of OBS.

Please help!!

Thank you.

PS - I can't upload a log file. It gives an error every time.

I downgraded to 26.0.2 and downgraded Blackmagic to 11.7 from beta 12. Still nothing.

Anyone have any hints???? Thanks.

Hi again... bumping this up the list, hoping someone might have an answer for me. I can't get a reply here or on the Discord chat. This is infuriating - I'm pretty Mac-savvy and I cannot get this to work. Thanks.

Hi Henrod, I’m using the current 26.1 on a MacBook Pro running current Catalina. I can capture the Zoom meeting window directly in an OBS screen capture item (where it lists every open window on the Mac). For audio I’m using Rogue Ameoba’s Loopback (the commercial descendent of Soundflower).

The window capture looks great (and I can crop out the control bar), although I’m getting some delay that seems to increase over time and poor lip sync (a matter for a different thread). I only started using this yesterday! I’m not an OBS expert but I know how it is when talking into a forum void, I just hope this comparison is helpful. I’m not familiar with Q2n.

Hi, and thanks for the reply! I've been told that 26.1 is incompatible with Blackmagic hardware, so I downgraded to 26.0.2. I have a trial version of Loopback that I've used successfully for other projects, but I shouldn't have to use it when streaming from an HDMI camera with a built-in high-quality mic.

Hopefully someone will have a suggestion for me here. Thanks again and happy new year.
