Bug Report OBS (25.08 64bit) quietens computer audio output

All of sudden my computer sound is really quiet and I found out that OBS was the culprit, I reinstalled the newest version of OBS, restarted the computer but nothing helped.

Windows -> System -> Sounds -> Sound Control Panel.

Communications tab -> ensure "Do nothing" is selected.

Can you please clarify what is "windows"?

I can't find anything called "windows" in obs nor in windows 10.
