Bug Report OBS 24 - Stinger Transition no longer working

After updating to Version 24 the stinger transition is no longer working.
Pointing OBS to the video I used until now as a transition results in an on screen message that the stinger video is not working.
Trying to use something else than my regular avi as a transition doesn't work either.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
