Question / Help OBS 22+ FPS issues while idle Attached logs

Hi so I have to use OBS 21 or lower since whenever I update to 22+ I get FPS problems. Not sure what I am looking for but posted logs to see if I can get help. Thank You.

That log shows no issues, but it also doesn't contain a streaming/recording session, that's needed see performance issues.
