Question / Help OBS 21.1.2 Browser problem

it happened twice already, the browser is not showing any page, even the default obs page.
last time it got fixed with a fresh install of obs but that was literally yesterday, its back again.
any fix?? the browser worked 2 days ago perfectly and after that it dies

It honestly seems like something is actively blocking OBS or the CEF modules from getting to the internet.

well i tried adding obs to the firewall but still nothing
