2 minutes is a long time in this day and age, especially when an opponent is waiting for you to setup, and the spectators, but from a technical standpoint it's concerning that it happened when I updated to 21.1.0
I don't remember which version I was on before, the auto-update didn't work ("couldn't find manifest file" message), so I let a few updates slide, but I didn't have anything antiquated, just missed a few.
