I was using 21.0.1 since it came out, and have had ZERO issues. Everything runs great on the stream - no encoding lag, no issues what-so-ever. Saw the update come through for 21.1.0 and let it run.
Without any settings changes, scene changes, or source changes - literally no changes other than updating OBS itself via the check for updates notification - my CPU utilizing has spiked and is causing constant frame drops once I launch a game.
I backed up my settings, uninstalled OBS and reinstalled OBS, imported profile and scenes back, same thing.
Log from the latest attempt is attached. Any help would be appreciated - cause I've not had any hardware changes, and nothing in OBS other than the updated version.

Edit to add that I'm running a dual PC setup, using a magewell 4k capture card. So this PC is dedicated to streaming.
