Question / Help OBS 21.0.1 (2PC Streaming over NDI)

so for a few months now i've been using NDI for a dual streaming setup
from my PC to my MSI Laptop, worked like a charm with no problem over gigabit network.
last night i was recording / streaming and it worked.

now i got back from work and decided to stream / record some pubg gameplays
now OBS NDI doesn't carry the audio to the streaming pc anymore.
on the gaming pc , audio levels are fine, but the streaming pc doesn't receive it, but strange enough there's video from the NDI.

so i decided to download the Newtek Portable Tools and launched the NDI Studio monitor
•Video : Check
•Audio : check

so it seems only obs doesn't receive the audio :( anyone countered this problem and managed to fix theirs?
i already reinstalled OBS 21.0.1 and NDI 4.2.2 on both setup and restarted a couple of times but no luck.

ill attach a screenshot below that NDI monitor has audio and obs detects is as desktop audio but the ndi sound device has no audio what so ever.

The NDI plugin streams what is selected for Track 1. Check to make sure the machine streaming the NDI feed has the audio sources you want on track 1 in the mixer.

yes im sure that im using 1 track only for streaming and recording still no lucl
