Bug Report OBS 20.1.1 hangs when changing scene while stats window open

As the title states I'm seeing OBS go not responding then come back every 30 seconds or so while the stats window is open. It also goes to not responding while changing scenes as well. I don't experience any of this while the stats window is closed. This is happen while not streaming and does not actually cause OBS to completely crash as it always eventually "catches up". This is with current Nvidia drivers, I haven't tested a roll back yet.
