Alright, I know this has been posted a couple times before but I have not found an answer yet. I cannot stream from OBS to Twitch.

I have tried many things to try and fix this problem. I have copied the stream key several times, and gotten 2 or 3 different keys. I have selected different servers, different to stream on, all the Network Bind to IP settings, I have tried it disabling my Firewall (windows 10).

I installed and used the Twitch Bandwidth Test and for every server in America it comes up as failed.

I don't know if this has something to do with my university limiting access, but I do know that I was able to stream from OBS to youtube but I am unable to stream to Twitch. I have not tried streaming to twitch before with the setup that I have.

Can someone give me some advice?

If the Twitch Bandwidth test failed (and you've already confirmed with Twitch that their ingest servers are up and running) then it's your connection.

If you have a friend also on campus, ask them to try the Twitch test. If they get the same results then it's most likely the University blocking outbound streaming to Twitch.

If that's true then the best thing is to contact the Uni's support team and ask them if they have blocked streaming to Twitch and if they can unblock it.

I loaded up my laptop and did the test and it also failed every server. So you're suggesting that it has something to do with the school blocking streaming?
Is there anyway I can get around that?

Is streaming to Twitch possibly worth your future?

If they have it blocked, trying to get around it could be considered 'hacking' activity, which also means this is now outside the bounds of the forum.

Contact the support staff. They're the only ones who can properly confirm and fix the issue. Doing ANYTHING approaching what you've asked is a stupid move that can risk your education and future.

Ah. Sounds worth it then.
I was asking more along the lines of a VPN or something similar but I get your point
