I am currently using OBS 19.0.3 to stream a video at CBR 1500 - 1700 Kpbs, and I am not dropping any frames, Internet speed is very great. I am using the very fast preset option. I am streaming RTMP format.
I am streaming the video over Zixi (as the RTMP server) to a satellite provider, but they are highly complaining of high spike in the received bitrate.
And it can be see in the final set top box..
How do I correct this?
