Issue: Projecting OBS preview to Capture Card does not provide a fluid 60fps when my gaming monitor is set to 144 or 120. Game is set to Fullscreen (Not borderless Fullscreen)
OS: Windows 8.1 and also same occurrence with Windows 10
My work around is to duplicate my Gaming screen to the capture card however this doesn't always work in Windows 10. This does work in 8.1 however only for games that have proper fullscreen. Anything that doesn't will create a microstutter hence why I would like projector mode playback with no stutter. This seems to no occur with the preview window however.
Looking for tips. It seems that the best solution would be a capture card that is 120 hz but those aren't coming out any time soon.
