Looks like you might be running out of memory. Run 64bit OBS instead.
I thought I was running 64bits... I was runing it on version 16.0.1 then I upgraded it... Why it changed to 32bits by itself? Ps. I have a high end machine, ssd latest haswell processor, 16gb ram and a Gtx 1070... Why Im running out of memory? Is this latest obs versión more RAM/CPU consumming? Thanks!

64 bits worked fine, thanks Fernir....! but I started to deal with another strange issue today (not 64bit related I think)
My web cams in OBS started to freeze for about 2 seconds, every 30 seconds. This issue starts just I open OBS, every 30 seconds. Never happened this before. My CPU usage is as always about 10-15%...
I did a reboot of OBS and the pc, with no changes with the issue.
Ive tried with Wirecast and the issue not showing, only happens inside OBS. Could you take a look of my last log file to see what is causing OBS to freeze my cams? Really thanks https://gist.github.com/70fd6774b8a8c89652615bb6e3ebafd9

EDIT: this issue appears to only happen inside my actual scene collection. If I create a new one, all works fine. The problem is that I need my scene collection working, as you can see, It has a lot of scenes and work and I cant just do it again :(
Strangely I tried to import a backup of my scene collection I did on Jun10 (all was working fine with it) and the issue still going on this... so, I dont have an idea whats going on... :(

How many webcams do you have added? It looks like you have the C920 added multiple times to different scenes... you shouldn't be doing that.

Code:
11:22:47.194: DShow: Run failed (0x800705AA): Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Try removing all instances of your webcam, then add it to a single scene, and use Add Existing for any additional scenes you need it in.

Hi.
I have 4 webcams, 3 of them are 920s...
Do u mean to delete all repeted cams only on those a particular scenes?

If you have any cameras that are added as NEW sources (i.e. you added Camera1 to both Scene1 and Scene2, without using Add Existing) they will need to be removed.

However, given that you have that many cameras, your PC might just not be able to handle that many at once. You can try lowering the resolution of each camera to something like 648x480 to test, and then step them up until it stops working. You can also use the USBView utility here to move devices around so they are on different hubs: https://obsproject.com/downloads/usbview.zip

Hi, im back.
I solved the issue that freezed my webcams every 30 seconds.
It seems to have something to do with my internal network. I have 3 computers sharing a network, and OBS freezes my cams when my main broadcasting pc is not connected to one of the networks... maybe I have some forgotten file in my obs project that is linked to another pc, and when it is not connected it freezes?
Or is it a bug to fix?
Maybe you could take a look to my log file again with this in mind?
Thanks!!!
