Question / Help [OBS 18] Multiple crashes when creating or switching Scene Collection. [obs.dll / w32-pthreads.dll]

I have two profiles in OBS Studio, one for my personal channel and another for a team channel. My personal profile is absolutely fine, and I can stream without worry. I stream on my personal profile 6 days a week and my team profile twice per week, and until today were absolutely fine.

Whenever I switch to my Team profile, or try to create a new profile, the program crashes, but does produce the crash dump (Which to me looks incomplete!) - which I have attached.

Specifically it looks to be w32-pthreads.dll causing the issue.

Both profiles worked fine until the OBS 18 update - I have since updated every major driver, restarted, reinstalled, restarted again, removed all other running software, but the crashes still occur 100% of the time when I try to switch-to or add a profile.

I'm happy to work on a solution with anybody who feels up to the task, and hopefully anyone else having this issue may find this thread helpful, as I couldn't immediately locate anything useful on this exact issue.

Thanks in advance!

Further to the above, the issue has switched from being a w32-pthreads.dll to a straight-up obs.dll issue, I now am able to switch to another Profile, but my scene collection is permanently locked as my primary collection. The moment I change to another one or try to create a new collection, I get the crash, followed by the usual crash dump opportunity (attached).

I'd really love to have some light shed on this as it prevents me streaming to my team channel!

The crash logs belongs to different programs. For OBS Studio, try to stop captioning and other Tools before switching Scene Collections.
