Question / Help OBS 18.0.1 (64-bit Windows) ; Screen tearing

Hello, I've only had OBS for 2 weeks now, but I've now recorded many hours with it and tried different settings, however there's no apparent way to fix the screen tearing that is happening when I'm recording photoshop.
It shows up on and off in whenever I record photoshop, it really does ruin the final product.

Please help?
