Question / Help OBS 17.0.2 Cant select window in window capture

Hello, I´m having a problem with the neweset version of OBS. Whenever I try to record any window it doesn´t show it up in the properties of the window capture source. I already reset all my settings, reinstalled the program and ran it in admin mode. If anyone has an idea what I could do so that I can record a window again I´d really appreciate it.

I whitelisted obs and even tried to disable Kaspersky overall for that but it still doesn´t work. Am I doing anything wrong or is there another way?
