I put to url adress to chat on Twitch, for example this: https://www.twitch.tv/law_abiding_citizen_ru/chat?popout=
CSS is null.

in window of chat i read: You need Adobe Flash Player to use chat.

I am reinstalling OBS. Download
Browser Source v1.28

I try this after installing only OBS Studio 17.0.2

Ok, this problem have been in my antivirus (drweb 11v). i make secure connection (inspect encrypted traffic) in 'ON'. Now i put it OFF and all is good ;))
