Bug Report OBS 16.5 Scene displays are blank

Hello. I just upgrade my OBS to 16.5. When I launch the program all of my scenes and sources are still in the windows at the bottom. I also see inputs from these sources as far as audio levels. The main window is completely white. I have tried adding new scenes,reinstalling and disconnecting sources and nothing has changed. OBS will also crash often when starting.

Did you disable the preview?
Have you tried a new scene collection?

Also, if you click eye icon left to the source named "background" - something changes?

I found the obs64.exe file and am launching with that. Everything seems to be working now.
