OBS 0xc000007b error even after following all steps listed to fix issue

hi ive been having issues for the past week opeing obs im getting an error 0xc000007b displayed when trying to open the application and it appeared randomly, ive tried uninstalling and even installing directX, my NET Framewok is check and on so im unsure where the issue is occuring could someone please help!
