Heu guys i just wanted to let you know that the avermedia extreme cap u3 is really glitchy on this version of obs. It skips a lot of frames, on the regular obs (which is what im using until obs studio 0.7.4 comes out) it is very smmoth. I dont know why but it skips frames on the recording but the preview window has nothing wrong with it. When i preview my video in a editer it acts up and skips a lot of frames. The editer im using is roxio videow wave an

this is just a video of what evrything looks like .

I too get this issue, however I have the HD-PVR 2. Not as bad as the video Aeladya uploaded but noticeable. Don't think it is down to computer spec as had it running on an i7 16GB Ram (OBS only using 11% CPU) with no other programs open.

You were trying to encode 1080p at 60fps on a two-physical-core system, which is just not possible, hence the skipping.
