Bug Report OBS 0.16.2 (64bit, windows) freezing after a while

Hi, starting up OBS it freezes after a while... it can take 5 minutes, can take up to 30 minutes. The program freezes and and i need to force quit it.

it seems to fail to render 2D texture and then goes into this infinite loop, memory leak is real...

"device_texture_create (D3D11): Failed to create 2D texture (887A0005)"

is this any know issue or is it a bug?

and where do i obtain the crash log? program freezes without a message and i have to force quit it.

Then that's NOT a crash.

There's a known issue with the windows 10 anniversary update and recent nvidia drivers. Both microsoft and nvidia are reportedly looking into it.
