Bug Report OBS 0.14.1 64 Bit lags

When I have the latest version of OBS which is 0.14.1 my computer lags a lot. I have expericend this lag for a few version f OBS Studio now. I have a log file here: https://gist.github.com/4a547df0e078c7c8a6bf89a672a51fb9

there is no encoding in this log if im correct

can you describe how this lag looks? is it game during recording or hiccups in recorded file?
