Figured I'd split this off and make it its own thread. I've been having lag when transitioning to and from activities in Destiny. Happens in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of OBS and the Elgato software.
I went ahead and created two example streams using an older version of OBS Studio and the latest version.

It doesn't happen in the Elgato Game Capture HD application.
