My OBS crashed when I launch it, I have no clue why. I have tried reinstalling it and it still crashes.

It might be something in your OBS configuration.Can you check this by Right clicking Start, select run and then type %appdata% and press return. This will open a set of folders, find obs-studio and RENAME it to obs-studio-original. Then try restarting OBS and let me know what happens.
