Question / Help OBS 0.11.4 videos still playing when switching scenes

Hello all.

In my stream I usually show an intro/outro video to start and end my stream.
I recently upgraded to OBS version 0.11.4 due to reformatting my system and I am experiencing issues with videos in my stream.

I've tried using browsers and local video to play my videos, but they both continue to play in the background after I switch scenes to my main "gameplay" scene.

Is there any option to fix this?

Might dodgepong's reply to this other question be relevant here?
If not, then what exactly is the problem with them being played in the background?

Ok, just posted my last log. I think.
It is a problem because if I accidentally hit my intro or outro scenes.. when I want to be on another scene...the video, with audio will play...and the audio is playing in the background.

on the old OBS, the video would just restart from the beginning each time I opened up the scene.

As I said in the other thread, this is a known issue that will be addressed in the future with better audio controls on transition triggers.
