Nvidia RTX 4080 and stutterd records

Hello Forum and thank you for accepting me into the forum.

I own a Geforce RTX 4080 and still have stuttering recordings when recording games (Hunt Showdown, RDR2, CS:GO, etc.). Since January I trying to fix it but it doesn't work. It doesn't matter which SSD I use for the recording. I tried different RAM. I also completely reinstalled Windows. I really hope you can help me.

My settings in OBS 29.0.2 (64 bit):

My Setup:
Ryzen 5800X cooled by 280mm Kraken AiO (max. temp ~65C)
MSI RTX 4080 Gaming X Trio (max. temp ~65C)
MSI B550 Gaming Plus
GSkill 32GB 3600 MHz
SSD Samsung 860 EVO 500GB
SSD Samsung 870 QVO 1TB
SSD Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB
Windows 10 Pro 22H2

Before I bought the 4080 I used a 6700XT from AMD. In this case the recordings were very good.

Maybe someone can tell me if the recordings should at least be good with these settings and setup? That could help me a bit to be able to conclude that there is a hardware defect (GPU).

Which player are you using to watch the video you recorded?
Try with VLC player and see if the sttuter is still present.

In the SSD Samsung 970 EVO Plus should work as it's the fastest writing from all the SSD you have.
Try reducing the CQ level to 17 or 18 and test it.

In the end its all about the amount of data writen at the same time and how fast your system can do it.
