NVIDIA GetForce GTX 1660 Ti and H.265 Accelerated Encoding

My OBS does not propose H.265 Encoding, while the GTX 1660 card apparently allows it. Am I doing something wrong? or is there a misunderstanding?

Protocol RTMP working only with h.264, you can use FFMPEG Output and select h.265.

non because RTMP work only with h.264, you can use other protocol like srt.
